Refactor(ADN): Retructuración del ecosistema ADN para unificar herramientas independientes. Fusión de w-zombi como adn/sondas y ns8-candados como adn/seguridad. Renombrado de comando/ a cli/ para consistencia y plan/parser.rb a parsers/plan.rb
